IT Operations and Cloud specialist – Global IT

ABOUT THE JOB

Our fast-growing company is looking for an experienced technology professional to join our growing Corporate IT department, where you will be a crucial part of modernizing our systems and services. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage and maintain all aspects of our corporate IT infrastructure, such as servers, cloud services, systems, networks, and devices.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions or new technologies to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain security systems, processes and policies to protect our systems and data.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, and coordinate with other IT professionals and external vendors as needed.
• Conduct regular system backups and implement data recovery procedures.
• Lead and take part in various IT projects, that is in line with the IT strategy.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network technologies.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain complex IT systems.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud-based systems and services, such as Azure, O365 and Intune
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft services such as SQL, AD, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
