We are looking for a passionate, professional IT support consultant, with high drive, can-do attitude, and excellent IT- and Business understanding.
CISC is a service provider working exclusively for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, who invests in renewable energy. We operate within a highly sensitive and fast pacing environment, where we have focus on all our services and we are expected to react proactively and effectively with high quality on all requests addressed IT Service Desk and Support.
Your Role:
You will become part of a highly experienced team and contribute to the continued world class end-user experience, with the objective of delivering professional and value adding end-user support to users, VIP’s and executives.
You will be responsible for handling IT support requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring an efficient dispatch function.
Key work areas will Include:
- First-level IT support for VIPs, executives, and users including incident management for hardware and software, also outside normal business hours (08:00-09:00 and 17:00-22:00) and on weekends together with a colleague.
- Working according to defined processes and adjusting activities based on business priorities.
- Tracking, prioritizing, and documenting all incidents.
- Documentation in Confluence in our ITSM system (knowledgebase in Jira) and e.g. creation of user guidelines, process documentation and similar
- Communicating progress to affected users.
- Diagnosing software and hardware issues to find the right solution.
- Actively participating in knowledge sharing among colleagues to create and implement best practices.
- Taking responsibility for your own learning and staying updated within your area of responsibility to ensure continuous competence development and personal growth. You will be given the opportunity to influence your daily routine and schedule.
- Flexibility in terms of time of day/responsiveness to VIP’s etc.
About You:
You will be an ideal fit for this role if you have experience in:
- 6+ years as an IT Supporter, preferably with customer service skills as an executive supporter, with a strong understanding of the importance of customer-focused communication, providing support to upper management within the company.
- IT technologies such as Microsoft, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft O365 environment, and iOS.
- ITSM tools (we use Jira).
- ITIL v4 is preferred; ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
- Dispatch functions where you have effectively handled and coordinated support requests.
- Delivering or leading small projects or select initiatives.
- Documentation, such as user guidelines, process documentation, or similar.
- Supporting the IT Support & Helpdesk function on an exciting journey toward increased IT service maturity while continuously meeting our high standards for support
