Integration Architect

We are looking for an Integration Architect to design and drive our integration strategy while leading the selection and implementation of CIP’s Integration Platform 2.0.

As part of a larger data program with strong attention from senior management, we are establishing a new integration platform, and you will play a key role in ensuring its successful implementation and alignment with the overall strategic direction. The final design of the platform has not yet been defined, and you will be instrumental in shaping its direction and driving its implementation. Join us on an exciting journey within one of the world’s largest investment funds in green energy.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and implementing integration solutions, taking ownership of our future central integration platform to ensure the right integration approach is chosen. With strong domain knowledge and a proactive mindset, you are not afraid to make bold decisions and drive change.

As the platform’s future design is still being determined, you will play a central role in defining the architecture, selecting the appropriate technologies, and leading the implementation to ensure a seamless transition from the existing setup.

Hands-on involvement in building integrations that connect our systems efficiently and securely will be a key part of your role. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure that our integration architecture supports business needs and future scalability. As we move towards a DevSecOps model, you will be part of driving this transition and ensuring a secure and scalable integration architecture.

  • Define and implement the integration strategy to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable connectivity across business applications. Identify the relevant middleware integration solution to deliver according to CIP’s requirements.
  • Design, develop, and optimize API management, event-driven architectures, and system orchestration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Data engineers, IT & business stakeholders to align integration solutions with business needs.
  • Drive automation and DevSecOps best practices to enhance system provisioning, deployment, and management.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, principles, and performance standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to support efficient system-to-system communication.

Qualifications

We seek a skilled professional who thrives in designing and implementing integration solutions that enhance automation, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern integration patterns and cloud technologies, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms.

  • +5 years of experience in system architecture, system integration & data integration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in API management, DevSecOps, integration, middleware, and automation tools. Experience with real-time integrations, including real-time data flows and event-driven architectures, is a plus
  • Relevant experience with provisioning and managing system services and cloud resources using automation and code.
  • Knowledge of Business Central, Workday, Azure Platform technologies, and Microsoft 365 Graph is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing mindset, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

If you are passionate about designing scalable and efficient system integration solutions and want to be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, we would love to hear from you!
